The proprietors- Mrs Kila Patel and her husband took over ownership of the nursery early in 2010. Mrs Patel qualified as a Nursery Nurse (NNEB) in 1992 and has worked as a Child Care Social Worker since 1998. 

She says

"I have a passion for working with Children"..."We have lived in West Ealing for over 10 years and have two young children of our own.  We value the family above all and aim to reflect this in the way we run the nursery."

The Staff at the nursery are highly dedicated. They have been carefully selected to meet government standards and for childcare provision, as well as to meet the development needs of the nursery. We like to employ staff at NNEB, NVQ Level 3. We also have trainee students as we believe it is important to nurture of their interest in the field.

Our child to staff ratio is 1:3 for children aged 18 months to 2 years and 1:4 or 1:8 for children aged 2 and over.

We employ a cook and domestic staff to support the team.  

We aim for all staff to hold a First Aid and Food Handling and Hygiene certificate. All staff have are Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checked (CRB) This is renewed every 3 years.
