Our Philosophy

We aim to work in partnership with parents and other professionals (when appropriate) to create a bespoke care and learning package. We take into consideration the individual needs of the child for their age and stage of development along with the parent's wishes and the opinions of support professionals. We promote daily verbal feedback to parents on their child’s day. 

Children will have structured play and free play, access to outdoor play and free movement between rooms. We do not segregate, so, siblings will not be separated from one another except during structured play times.

We seek to help individual children to reach their full potential throughout the most important developmental period in the informative stage. This is achieved through acknowledging their strengths and skills. We provide opportunities to explore their talents and guide their journey through these primary stages of development.

We also help the children’s social development of tolerance, confidence, concentration, positive self-image, emotional well-being and stability through lots of praise. 

Children will learn other skills like team-building, independence, and fine motor control. They will gain pre-school skills such as learning to dress and undress themselves. They will also be potty trained if needed.

These are achieved through a highly motivated, dedicated, skilled, patient and qualified team of staff.
