THE CURRICULUM

Children's Corner follows the government foundation
stage curriculum, promoting the 'six desirable learning outcomes' through teaching, games and general daily activities:

Personal and social development
Language and literacy
Mathematics
Knowledge and understanding of the world
Physical development
Creative development

Formal teaching is in four separate key groups divided according to age and progress.

French, music and movement and drama classes are held by visiting teachers.

The nursery is regular inspected by Ofsted. The last inspection was in 2007 and reported that the nursery meet all requirements.
